KPTV FOX-12/KPDX UPN-49 is seeking a Pre-Log Coordinator. Responsible for coordinating all components of the broadcast log. Inputs programming into the WideOrbit system and coordinates syndicator formats for Master Control. Prints and distributes log and log files.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Maximize use of and place spots within current 2 weeks of commercial inventory according to client needs and Traffic best practices.
Assemble syndicator formats for Log Books delivered to Master Control.
Finalize and distribute broadcast logs and log files.
Schedule program formatting in WideOrbit.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED certificate required. College/university/technical degree in related field preferred. One-year prior traffic experience.

Skills and Abilities:
Computer skills utilizing Wide Orbit and Microsoft software including Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred.
Strong organization skills.
Attention to detail and follow through.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
