WKYC-TV is currently accepting applications for the position of Web Executive Producer. This position will work with the Channel 3 web team and news department to direct and produce the WKYC-TV news web site with an emphasis on editorial and ratings growth.

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
• Creative, strong journalist to supervise web site editorial growth.
• Must be strong, innovative writer and leader.
• Must be familiar with goals for station and newsroom and arrange projects aimed toward those goals.
• Must have web site production knowledge
• Must be excellent with deadlines.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must have 5 - 7 years of interactive and/or broadcast television experience as a news manager of comparable responsibilities.
• Sound news judgment.
• Knowledge of AP stylebook standards.
• Experience in web site management, basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with Photoshop, Flash and streaming media creation.
• Must work quickly and efficiently.
• Journalism degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.
