		<description>It wasn’t a bad idea. He just wasn’t the right person to oversee it and then they just gave up. 

I mean, how many video outlets do they have under their umbrella and why does AOL have their own news division and not just distribute CNN? I could go on and on about the lost opportunities and the mistake of hanging onto the outdated subscriber model for far too long, but it's sort of like beating a dead horse. ButI don't necessarily think the merger was the mistake, it was more the poor leadership that still hasn't improved.</description>
