		<description>So the back end system that collects the information, might be great, but we (users) can't see it. 

All we see is a poorly designed front end to collect the materials. And the same stale formats to present back their limited selection of "approved" UGC.

Maybe CNN sees more value in this for the TV channels, but it would be nice to see something of value on the Web. There are plenty of social networking models out there to inspire a great front end presentation. CNN's presentation (and even the name i-report) are straight out of 1997.</description>
