EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

KPTV FOX-12 is seeking an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER to manage the content and staff of whichever particular show is assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage the content of assigned newscasts.
Manage the staff assigned to each particular newscast.
Act as segment producer for assigned newscast as needed.
Manage sweeps content and special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: College degree preferred, at least 3 years television producing experience, and prior
management experience a plus. Knowledge of producing a fast-paced viewer friendly newscast.

Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to produce and write packages as well as newscast material.
Must be able to manage a diverse staff and work under strict deadlines.
