We are looking for a Digital Media Technician who will be responsible
for the implementation of encoding and delivery mechanisms for digital
audio and video content for CBN and affiliates.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and
qualifications:

• Extensive working knowledge of Media Encoder, Real Producer,
Autodesk Cleaner XL, Procoder, QuickTime, Flash, Mpeg1, Mpeg 2, MP3,
and Mpeg4

• Excellent troubleshooting skills involving Windows Media
Services on Windows Server 2004 and Helix Server

• Working knowledge of video codecs used in various NLE systems
such as Apple’s Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and AVID and editing
on these software are a plus

• Knowledge of High Definition video codecs for editing and
broadcast

• Basic knowledge of mobile video for cell phones, iPods, and
PDAs

• Intermediate NLE certifications and Microsoft certifications,
preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours and work in a project oriented
environment
