Another reason for pols to switch to web advertising

The political campaigns are starting to understand: we TiVo through their ads on TV. We don’t care. But advertise a meaningful message online that isn’t another 30-second “I love America” piece of B.S., and you will get more attention. (WaPo free sub. req.) THEN AGAIN: Political TV spending is on a record pace.

I always have terrible trouble with comment-related plugins that require me to put some line in the comment loop; I can never seem to find the right spot. Can anyone tell me where I should put the php line in my comments loop? I haven not modified anything much, and I would be very grateful. Thanks!
