Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a group of Web Editors
Oversee daily coordination of breaking news and featured editorial content.
Assist in developing strategies for producing and reporting business news online.
Oversee long-range planning and production of relevant interactive content.
Help to develop innovative ideas and new concepts for online reporting

Must be able to work flexible schedule as need.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in writing, producing and/or editing broadcast or cable news and/or online environment. 2 years of experience in a management or senior level position with oversight responsibilities for direct reports

Desired Web production management experience is a strong plus
Smart news judgment and a passion for business/financial news journalism
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Strong creative writing and organizational skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in the interactive industry
Deep familiarity with all areas of web and multimedia production and design.
