OK, yeah, officially FUCK FOX ON DEMAND. Go to Hulu.com. It’s far and away the easiest way I can imagine watching these shows. FUCK FUCKING GODDAM FUCKING FOX ON-FUCKING-DEMAND. These assholes want us to use their fucking site instead of going to Hulu, they should get their motherfucking shit together and stop fucking using inferior fucking goddam fucking products like this motherfucking stupid fucking player. Fuck Fox, fuck “Move” which doesn’t seem to fucking move for anyone, and fuck Fox’s advertisers. I’m not boycotting the goddam companies whose adds I saw a dozen times but no show. I don’t know why in the fuck I even bother trying to put any trust into any fucking thing that Newscorp is involved in, it’s bound to be inconvenient and substandard. I will NEVER watch fucking Fox again.

I download the player in about ten seconds, then I try watching (any) show and it shuts down my computer. What am I supposed to do here? I’ve never even heard of this happening.

I had same problem as everyone else. My player downloaded but then it crashed Firefox. Restarted and it crashed it again. Restarted and this time it just hung- with a black screen for about 10mins, and then when i tried to bring up another app, it gave those lines that everyone is mentioning. They are kind of like shadows but more intense. The F.O.D (on-demand) player is Cah-Cah, and apparently only 1 out of 10 peeps can get it to work. Fox you are making all your customers go to torrents and other sites. Just a heads up here- if u really want peeps watching at YOUR site; check into this prob right away. I see these posts started back in 2006, and its now 2008. by the by this happened on FF and I.E.
there are other ways to watch the show since it’s become impossible thru Fox itself.
Just sayin is all……..

wow! i didnt see my issue raised above! a unique 1 at last!!

downloaded new player and every time i try to open a show for viewing.. it gives me some error message that windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted.. do i wish to send report to MS?

then it crashes me to desktop and closes all IE pages open!

cant we just go back to the old reliable WORKING player?

The reason why you can’t watch in Canada is because of the CRTC censorship regime! They want control over what Canadians watch…yes we have FOX channel in Canada but you might have noticed that we never watch US commercials…there is always a Canadian Network affiliated that shows us ‘Canadian Content’. So bottom line…don’t complain to FOX, complain to the CRTC.

pffft you know what screw their on demand crap… they don’t want to show it to Canadians FINE…

I’ll just download the show with bit torrent – no commercials and better quality that way anyways…
