W-O-W!!!! big media is going to have to decide, do we continue to deny the future or embrace it? i guess for today you embrace it if you own it and trash it if you don't. let the spin begin!

As much publicity as they've had, they might need to add some PR help. I've been doing a lot of research on this topic lately, and I'm convinced that Youtube is covered by the DMCA safe harbor. It's interesting that legal experts have not been quoted in any of the articles I have seen about Youtube's copyright issues. If Google is serious about acquiring them, they must feel the same way.
