Englewood Cliffs is nice but it's like working in the middle of nowhere. You're surrounded by woods and Canada geese. Those few and lucky to head to 30 Rock will enjoy its lucrative union contracts - especially DGA. Honestly, the only nice part of that facility is the studios themselves. The green rooms are a wreck, and cables run out where people walk through halls. Hardly the kind of place you'd want people to come to when you're trying to portray yourself as a powerful and prestigious news organization.
