YouTube deletes 30,000 Japanese copyright files

YouTube has honored the request from a group representing Japan’s entertainment industry to take down 30,000 clips that violate Japanese copyright laws. A sign of things to come from the U.S. studios?

that’s laughable.
hell, the gravy train ain’t even left the station.
you tube might have been on the wrong track, but look what they did with hardly no money.
now they’ll be tearing up those old iron tracks you guys call antennas and laying down digital ones made of coax and fiber.

Yeah right, no they’re just trying to save the site for being sued.
YouTube will probably strike a deal with the studios later, in the studios interest.
