Functions as the writer, producer and editor of
news topical and image promotional messages of newscasts. In
addition, produces all station image, special event and local
programming promotional announcements.
College degree preferred.
Must have experience in creative writing, producing, non-linear
editing of promotional messages. News promotion experience
preferred.
Must be proficient in non-linear editing, INews, and associated
software. Must be proficient in television production and post
production.
Superior producer and editing skills necessary. Superior
interpersonal skills necessary. Attention to detail critical. Must
be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and work
flexible hours.
