		<description>We certainly don't swing the total newspaper number, but  knoxnews traffic in page views and monthly uniques  will be higher in October than September. I suspect overall the uptrend continues as papers put more attention to their Web properties &#124;&#124; die.

To the commenter who mentioned Alexa, I see a lot of weirdness in Alexa data. I view it as just hmmm data. :)</description>

on the flip side, i've been following a number of local TV sites from around the country via alexaholic. 

for many, their numbers continue to trend lower, especially after a ballyhooed relaunch where the traffic will spike because they most likely bill its name change as the 2007 model sliced bread.

i won't bother to name the sites, you know who you are.

so, there is something wrong with the way alexa models these numbers??</description>
