Then the network affiliates will start to wonder what they're going to do while the network goes around them. Revenue shares? Uh uh. The networks are finding more and more ways around the affiliates, and the affiliates need a plan to cope with that. For starters, they need to be generating their own local original programming like crazy. Locals: your network is developing its own business model outside you. Are you ready?
