O.J. Simpson: If I did it…

Cory Bergman November 15th, 2006

Fox plans to air an interview with O.J. Simpson called, “If I Did It, Here’s How it Happened.” And of course, it corresponds with a new book he’s publishing which “hypothetically describes how the murders would have been committed.” No joke. Simpson still owes a big chunk of the $33.5 million in restitution, and it’s unclear whether the proceeds from the book will go to the families. And the big question remains, will advertisers buy into the controversial show?

This guy is such an idiot. Not like many people doubted that he did it in the first place…but, if you are going to deny it and get away with it…at least deny it til the end.

What is Fox thinking?? Let’s see, if it was the 1800’s let’s do John Wilkes Booth if I were to do it. Doesn’t this show O. J. guilt?? What kind of person could sit down and create a murder?? How about the families of the victims? Let them do one how they would like to get even for the loss they experienced. This is the lowest I have ever seen any network go. And for what?? Ratings and the all mighty dollar. Instead rerun Who Wants To Marry A Millionaire, at least that had some, though very little creditability.
This is sick–it is amazing how low a National Televison network will go, but it is even more insulting to those who would watch this sort of trash, what are all the episodes of Cops not available for rebroadcast??

Someone should take this guy out.

  • 4. thomas  |  November 16th, 2006 at 9:08 am

Regardless, he’s going to make some coin off this book, works out in his best interest because he’s already an out-cast.

  • 5. Alyssa  |  November 16th, 2006 at 10:51 am

Does this mean that he still hasn’t found Nicole and Ron’s ‘real killer’ during his search of all those golf courses?

  • 6. MakeMyDay  |  November 16th, 2006 at 6:02 pm

Somebody with a good lawyer should scan his book and publish it on the internet for free so nobody makes a dime on it.

  • 7. Robin  |  November 17th, 2006 at 6:02 pm

E-mail the publisher judith.regan@harpercollins.com and tell her donate all the proceeds to the victims familes instead of OJs children

Any fool can see Simpson is telling the truth and has been all the way down the line. He is absolutely innocent of these terrible killings and I for one am weary of this “morons on parade” that the popular media continues to inflict on us ( not as weary as he is I am sure).
Let’s hear what the boy has to say. Heaven knows we’ve heard from evryone else and their senile great aunt.

  • 9. MS Minckler  |  November 17th, 2006 at 7:45 pm

The truth has a certain quiet ring to it and in the midst of this great cacaphony of one sided horsemanure we’ve been subjected to, it would be a blessing to hear it’s shy voice if only this once, lest this writer lose the last of his hope for the acumen and sanity of the american culture.

  • 10. Joan  |  November 18th, 2006 at 11:02 am

I watched the trial from beginning to end. No doubt in my mind he was 100% guilty. As for TV and the book, not in this house.People should boycott any products backing this TV show.

  • 11. Mike  |  November 21st, 2006 at 9:56 am

Where are all of the people that celebrated his verdict? Do they still think he is innocent? Why aren’t they defending him like they were? Where are the riots defending OJ?

  • 12. iduknow  |  November 21st, 2006 at 2:55 pm

He was found NOT GUILTY by the system, so he can say anything he wants, I wonder how come I don’t hear any commemts of people being disgusted by other crimes, let the man be and move on, it is all about me, my family, my son, If you want to make a difference help others and stop thinking about urself.

  • 13. mary  |  November 22nd, 2006 at 12:28 pm

Finally I can have some hope that Americans have some decency left in that they stood up and said no to this atrocity. OJ Simpson is an atrocity and so are his actions and so would this book and TV show have been. I don’t have any hope that FOX and the publisher pulled it all for anything other than the fact they knew they were going to lose a lot of viewers and consumers. If they had had any decency in the first place they would have said “NO!!!” to his horrific idea in the first place. And Regan’s supposed, “This is his confession” crap is just that - crap. She was hoping to make a fortune off of the unfortunate survivors. Ms. Regan, you belong in hell right wih OJ. May you find yourselves there one day.

  • 14. rodt84  |  November 22nd, 2006 at 12:30 pm

correct me if i am wrong but wasn’t he found liable for these deaths in civil court? he said in an interview today or yesterday, that he actually got paid even though the interview and book got yanked. what a scumbag!

  • 15. daddy  |  November 23rd, 2006 at 6:40 am

Speaking hypothetically of course, somebody needs to take action on this mother fucker. Where are the extremists when we actually need one. This mother fucker is making a fuckin’ mockery of our legal system. One of the fundamental aspects of our society. He’s a fuckin’ killer, everybody knows it, and he’s walking around free. If that’s not enough, now he’s shovin’ that shit into the faces of the victim’s families and the rest of the nation.

It is damn well time a vigilante steps up and takes care of this shit. All we need is one good crazy mother fuckin ex-marine style mother fucker.

In my opinion the best way to hypothetically do it would be public execution style assassination. Find out where this fucker plays golf. Find a clear line of site to one of the driving areas. Wait for him to tee up. And take his fuck ass out with a high powered sniper rifle. It will take the police at least twenty minutes to figure what direction the shot came from. And that’s if our ex-marine isn’t using a silencer. Plenty of time to escape.

And as far as prosecution goes. I think the entire country has a motive for killing his ass right now. So if he got out of killing two people when he was basically caught red handed, I think our man could get off as well, if he’s caught.

I am hypothetically begging for someone to stand up and take action on this man. I think it would be a patriotic act. Don’t let this man continue to mock our society so openly.

I’d stand up and do it myself, but I have neither the proper training nor the nerve for this sort of job. But someone out there does.

And I hypothetically hope that someone does.

    Daddy

p.s. MS Minkler - YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT

  • 16. Mommy  |  November 23rd, 2006 at 4:48 pm

I am confident he didn’t do it. And, yes I watched every moment of that trial. I am far from being an idiot, or racist., and I am even white.
I believe the point of this book and interview was to show that “if he did do it”, the way it has been said he did… it would have been a farce, perhaps even impossible to pull off. So at some point some of you would open your minds and give him back his life.
Too bad we don’t have a free country where people can speak their minds.

  • 17. carolyn johnson  |  November 23rd, 2006 at 7:34 pm

Everyone in their right mind knows that OJ killed Ron & Nicole. It is so sickening to watch him having women sit in his lap and him suggesting they look like Nicole. He should have focused his life on Sydney and Justin to raise them better than his own mother who defended him during the trial. I’m sure she knows deep down in her heart that her son is a murderer. Even if we know our kids are wrong, we should always tell the truth. My sympathy goes to the familes of Rob Goldman and Nicole Brown. She would still be alive if she had never had the last name of Simpson.Let us all pray that Sidney & Justin can overcome the sins of their father and become a better person than he has ever been.

OJ went for a stroll on a cool evening. Grabbed a coat out of the closet. and usually carries a knife (LA is a dangererous place). Went by Nics saw them kissing wierded out and sliced their throats. When he cut his finger, he reached into a pocket to find something to wrap around his finger, what he found was a glove. As he pulled it out, another glove and the hat went flying. He goes home, climbs in the back way (can’t be seen by the lmo driver) and runs into the AC. Bangs his head and drops the glove. No time to look for it now, just go in and cleanup.

Of course with this scenario you can’t lock him up for a year because it is not Murder 1.

Anyways, now you don’t have to buy the book anyway.

I’ve got a couple of the books coming, if anyone would like to have one.

  • 20. grams  |  January 9th, 2007 at 4:36 pm

My e-mail is mlbrown626@logonix.net, if you want a book.

  • 21. anon  |  March 28th, 2007 at 12:06 pm

what I dont understand is why is every one black balling OJ? He was not guilty in a court of law. Whether you want to believe he did it or not that is a matter of opinion. I surely hope his book get scanned and posted online.
It must be a california thing. Much like they did with Suge Knight they just keep hounding you until your dirt poor. I just don’t get it.

  • 22. chris mankey  |  May 31st, 2007 at 8:30 am

“Any fool can see Simpson is telling the truth and has been all the way down the line.”
That’s why he’s confessing to murder! Perfectly normal behavior, acquitted of murdering your ex-wife “confess” to her murder ten years later. You must send a lot of money to Nigeria

“He is absolutely innocent of these terrible killings and I for one am weary of this “morons on parade””

Morons on parade? Looks Like your sort of thing!

  • 23. caddman  |  June 20th, 2007 at 1:29 pm

After reading the ‘If I did it’ book, the proof is in the pudding. With out a doubt, OJ goes step by step on exactly what happened. He clearly murdered them.

  • 24. OPT2VDO  |  July 31st, 2007 at 11:15 am

THE GOLDMANS NEED TO GET A LIFE…
    THEY ARE ACTING REAL GREEDY…..
FIGURES THAT THEY ARE ACTING IN SUCH A WAY…

YOUR SON HAS PASSED ON DUE TO A EVIL AND WRONG ACT….
LOTS OF PEOPLE LOSE LOVED ONES….
AND THEY DON’T SUE FOR 60 MILLION DOLLARS…
    GET REAL…
IF RON HAD KIDS THEN MAYBE THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO SUE FOR LOSS OF PARENT AND MONIES TO BE EARNED BY PARENT…
BUT LETS GET REAL… MR. GREDY GOLDMAN…
TRIM THAT AWFUL MUSTACH AND GET A LIFE…
YOUR GREEDY PER$ON….. JUST A CHANCE TO GET PAID.
YOU SHOULD BE DONATED ALL THE MONEY YOU RECEIVE TO THE SUND-CARRINTON FUND…
BUT I KNOW THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE JUST GREEDY…
NO WONDER SOME MANY PEOPLE DISLIKE THEM.

  • 25. patykat  |  July 31st, 2007 at 11:47 pm

Mr Goldman is making me sick to death, literally, If he would quit his whinning, I am sorry his son was murdered, but do we have to listen to the rantings of him and crocadile tears every time OJ makes an appearance, or a public statement, enough Goldman, if you would zip it, most likely OJ wouldn’t try to press your hot spots. What example you are impressing on his Children or all children for that example is one of GREED, and selfishness, They lost their Mother too. Let them have peace … You and your family need to move on… People are dying every day. and at the hands of others, there is a war going on, GET A LIFE !!!

  • 26. bagonia  |  August 1st, 2007 at 4:49 am

I for one will now buy the book if the Goldman family will profit from it. OJ murdered their son in cold blood because of his rage, and if he won’t pay for the murders behind bars, then hit him in his ego!

    What a pig OJ is!

  • 27. Ruthie Scott  |  September 14th, 2007 at 11:16 am

OJ Simpson is a poor excuse for a man, father, and human being. He’s a monster. Now, what’s this about a casino break in? Isn’t there more to do than to listen to another story about this creep? He might not get it now, but he will get it in the here after.

  • 28. Dred Scott  |  September 14th, 2007 at 3:16 pm

White America cannot let this situation go because ONE Black Man got away with MURDER!!! Of course it is OK when you do not get caught but when you happen to get caught then it is OK if your Mommy’s and Daddy’s waste their fortunes on proving your innocence…NOW THIS IS A DOUBLE STANDARD!!!

  • 29. Ron M  |  September 14th, 2007 at 8:36 pm

Look…you are in fact a murdered. Please just lay down and die.

  • 30. Ron M  |  September 14th, 2007 at 8:38 pm

One more thing….while hiding in the back of the Bronco, you could have done the right thing and just blown your own brains out. May you rot in hell.

  • 31. THE GHETTO GURU  |  September 16th, 2007 at 2:33 am

OJ did not kill anyone. They were selling drugs and didn’t pay someone. Ice Cream my ass Ron was delivering drugs! Straight Up!

  • 32. OJ DID IT  |  September 16th, 2007 at 8:25 pm

Hmmm…when will people ever learn? This guy is guilty as sin. Watch out! When you see his knife coming at YOU you’ll finally believe.

  • 33. Jill  |  September 17th, 2007 at 2:05 am

OJ, you are such an asshole!

  • 34. CB  |  September 17th, 2007 at 8:58 pm

I have never believe that OJ physically killed the two people. I have and will continue to believe that OJ knows who killed them and because he wasn’t guilty it was better for him to take the wrap and try to beat the law. I also do not feel sorry for OJ, Nicole Brown Simpson or her family or Ron Goldman and his family. All of the above people have received their just rewards. It’s understandable that main stream America finds it easier to believe that OJ did it, but if he did, he certainly had a better defense team that made the case look like a huge coverup. Its further unfortunate that OJ did not have enough sense to lay-low and live a simple life. He is certainly guilty of being an idiot, and jerk, and probably a bunch other things. Since he didn’t have enough sense to keep a low profile, maybe a legitmate charge will come from his most recent brush with the law (unless it too is a farce). the man is stuck on stupid and who knows maybe they can find him guilty of that. In time we will all pay for our wrongs to others and to society Brown-Simpson and Goldman paid the ultimate price and OJ is being shamed in the court of public opinion.

  • 35. Forrest  |  September 18th, 2007 at 4:17 pm

Com’n you’all, this jock will never change until his bro get to him behind the steel cage and looks like that could be sooner than later. Besides winning a few football games and exciting a few USC & Buffalo fans, what else has this human being ever done for humanity and/or to save the earth. Ask the Goldman family. Can’t wait to see him in an orange suit for life…OJ “stupid is as stupid does” and My momma always said, “Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.”….Forrest

  • 38. Anonymous  |  September 19th, 2007 at 7:37 am

I am not usually judgemental of people, but I have always believe that he was guilty of those murders and I am a black woman, I am so glad someone had the sense to tape his true side and now he may get the punishment he deserved years ago.

  • 39. Anonymous  |  September 19th, 2007 at 7:42 am

Has anyone ever watched the process of making leather? It is very important to keep the hide of a cow stretched because it will shrink tremendously. I don’t know if the procecutors were just stupid or what. By the time the got that leather glove out of police inventory, of course the blood would have naturally made the glove shrink. That’s why the glove did not fit! It’s okay because now his stupid, bulling, ugly ass will get what he deserves. Way to go asshole!
    Another Black Woman!

  • 40. Forrest  |  September 19th, 2007 at 6:30 pm

Asshole, 1 question, we only want a binary answer: (Yes / no) Did you KILL Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman? Kato Kaelin knows the truth, so no BS.

That’s all our Justice System has to ask him. And then shoot him.

    Forrest

  • 41. brookeT  |  September 21st, 2007 at 6:00 am

When OJ was in prison he autographed football cards to make some additonal money. I wonder if he received this money.

  • 42. Forrest  |  September 21st, 2007 at 5:14 pm

Mama says Mike Vik may have setup OJ to take the heat off of #7. One asshole befriending another…whoa!
