		<description>This is why there is no innovation from old media companies. They are still of the "We need someone with 15 -20 years experience in television to run a division" mindset. When you put a former network television person in charge of a network website, you get a network television website, not an innovative destination, not new programming, and nothing more than a glorified promo for the network.

That is, of course, until a startup like YouTube comes along and forces change.</description>
