After the shortage of xbox 360s they knew exactly what would happen with the playstation 3. I think they did not produce enough on purpose so that maybe company stock would rise. Then they should reveal to the public that that location only has 6 or 20 or whatever they were shipped. They could even use the lots that weren't drawn as coupons for discounted PS3s when they come in, perhaps redeemable with a down payment. Or a pecent off on store merchandise.
