Foxnews.com seeks a Web News Editor with a real nose for the news.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Copy edit wire and staff-written stories

· Place stories on section pages

· Write headlines

· Write breaking news stories

· Identify, crop, tone and sharpen photos and graphics for
placement both inside stories and on section fonts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English or History

· College newspaper or internship experience at a daily newspaper

· Excellent knowledge of current events and history

· Demonstrates solid news judgment and writing skills

· Ability to work any shift in a 24-hour breaking news environment

· Some HTML and Photoshop experience a plus
