CBS: Viewer comfort with web lets us rest ‘Jericho’
Steve Safran November 28th, 2006
CBS has put Jericho on hiatus and doesn’t plan on running new episodes until late February. (At the end of sweeps?) But here’s the spin: The Eye says it’s going to run original content and clips online to keep Jericho loyalists hooked. Execs say viewer comfort with the web was a big part of their decision. “This will be a really great experiment for us,” says CBS entertainment chief Nina Tassler. I’ll give CBS this: it’s an interesting spin to give putting a show on hiatus. Usually they just say “we’re retooling.”

Big Brother 8 is the WORST season yet! We have been sucked in each Summer for the last 8 years and have been loyal fans until this season. The people chosen for this show were obnoxious. This isn’t one individual we wanted to win the prize (except for Jameca). We are not even going to watch the finale on Sunday. CBS you need to do better or don’t air another Big Brother again. Danielle and Evil Dick are despicable! What a message to send to the viewing public, be cruel, intimidating and a back stabber and you will be rewarded! Shame on you!
