Project Manager req #’s 127-06 & 128-06

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering
quality projects on time and within budget and scope. This role will
become an expert on all things associated within their assigned
projects in order to identify requirements/deliverables, develop
processes, create communication plans, and serve as an internal (or
external) point person for successful project completion.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in
a technical environment.

· Must be a self-starter and proactive in issue identification and
resolution.

· Must have outstanding written, verbal, listening and presentation
skills.

· Hands-on experience with tools for project, risk, issue and
resource management.

· Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Project.

· Must also be proficient with other Microsoft application software
(i.e., Excel and Word).

· Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and
requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven
environment.

· Well organized with a high attention to detail.

· Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, environment with frequent
interruptions.

· Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

· Ability to coordinate with other departments (Business
Development, Editorial, Sales, Technical) to complete projects on
time.
