If Yahoo looked at only a fraction of the very negative comments, they would realize they have a disaster on their hands. They have lost and will continue to lose significant numbers of eyeballs. They never should have changed the TV listing format. They now seem a company adrift and headed for the shoals.

It is not a good example of a company listening to customer feedback. They should have never forced us to use the beta. They should have worked out the kinks first. What is shows is their complete arrogance and disregard for their customers who have now left in droves for other TV sites and eventually replacing ALL YAHOO SERVICES with others who pay attention and respect their customers. Get a clue yahoo.
