Brian Williams on blogging
Cory Bergman December 11th, 2006
NBC anchor Brian Williams was interviewed on MSNBC’s The Most today about his blog, The Daily Nightly. An excerpt below, or watch the full video here:
“Everything in it has to pass muster. I mean it can’t be a lesser standard than you would use for page one of the New York Times. All quotes these days live forever. So I have to be held accountable for what I write about, but I’ll put just about anything going on during the day, I’ll throw it in there, as my readers well know.”
And does he read the comments? “Yeah, I do. [But] I think we all have a hatred limit.”

…and here’s something cool about MSNBC’s The Most: The show moved to Noon ET today, and now airs live both on MSNBC-TV and MSNBC.com. The breaks are even filled with extra content online.

hi brian , im jeff - 46 , home bound disabled; no biggie,
just poly fibrimyalgia, rhumetoid arthritis, manic bypolar,
and vascular necrosis in most of my joints - it all adds up
to someone who watches the tv allot of the day. you rocked on snl - why havent you shown your acting tallents
before now? youre funny! I watch you every evening for
my day’s news - i knew you had a funny bone - you should
show it off more often - yes i realise that you have to uphold a shinning personna as a national voice, but , as
you said the other evening - ” and as long as everyone
forgives me for that appearance…” you rocked dude!
