Digital Sports Producer, IB/Hearst Argyle

Do you live and breathe high school sports? This job includes
gathering and producing everything from football to basketball to
niched-regional sports for digital platforms. The Digital Producer
of High School Sports will coordinate the content and production
upgrade of high school sports coverage for several Hearst-Argyle
websites and mobile efforts. Experience in acquiring video, text,
statistics and utilizing social networking tools is expected. The
ideal candidate has prior experience orchestrating high school sports
coverage, preferably for digital applications. A demonstrated
background producing online content targeted for high school
audiences and working with high schools and stringers is preferable.
You’re expected to help direct and teach digital content and
production concepts either on-site or remote. There is some
flexibility in job location as long as it is at a Hearst-Argyle
station involved in this effort.
