Position Summary: Responsible for editing video tape and segments for MVS programs and content as well as work on special project editing.

Minimum Qualifications
All qualifications must be met, to be considered.

Education: College degree in Broadcasting or Journalism preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years editing in a television news operation or a production house environment.

Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of current state of the art editing equipment. Avid Newscutter required. Experience on Sony Beta Decks, DVC Pro Laptop, Avid and working knowledge of analog and digital editing.

Skills and abilities: Individual should possess good storytelling and communication skills, and a good sense of timing and pace. Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
