Fox stations sign deal with ClipSyndicate

The Fox owned-and-operated stations will begin syndicating selected video clips to vertical sites in the ClipSyndicate network. In return, Fox will receive a share of the advertising revenue. PRESS RELEASE — ClipSyndicate(SM), the B2B source for
premier video syndication, announced today an agreement with FOX Television
Stations group to syndicate its news content to thousands of vertical Web
sites in the ClipSyndicate Video Syndication Network. FOX Television
Stations will provide ClipSyndicate’s network of Web site editors and
bloggers the ability to publish video news content culled from the largest
markets in the US.

network and introduce new audiences to the FOX Television Station group’s

ClipSyndicate enables broadcasters and other video content producers to
realize new revenue streams and extend their brand into the Long Tail of
the Internet by syndicating video clips to thousands of vertical Web sites
looking for specific content of interest for their end-users. Web site
publishers are able to publish fully licensed, authoritative video clips
within seconds, and receive a portion of advertising revenue.
