		<description>I should point out that Terry Heaton has been doing this with WKRN and its GM Mike Sechrist for a couple of years now. Yeah - he's my AR&#38;D colleague - but this concept is really his brainchild. Enough with the credit - it's simply a good idea that every channel should embrace. When you make friends with your audience, they're bound to be friendly back. And they're going to help spread your message.</description>
