A look at Viacom’s Talentload.tv

About a month ago, Viacom’s VH1 launched the user video site Talentload.tv, powered by technology from ViTrue (which runs its own video site, Sharkle.com, and has powered user video functionality for TBS and Friendster.) Users can upload music videos to win cash money and other prizes, which is also a way for VH1 and MTV to screen possible talent for upcoming reality shows. Recently, VH1 and Warner Brothers ran a songwriting contest to promote the film Music and Lyrics, and now P. Diddy is looking for vocal talent for MTV’s Making the Band 4. Screen grab…
