This show is all about hype and the race, which is what TV does to political candidates as well. Talent like Sinatra, Martin and Lewis, Elvis, Dolly Parton, Beatles, Jackson Five, Seinfeld, Letterman, Leno, you name it, they honed their craft in front of small club audiences, learning what worked and what didn't. That's how it's done. If you don't have that experience, you don't know what people like and don't like, what to fix and what to bring out. It's too bad people in our business don't know much about marketing otherwise they'd understand that this show is just pure crap as far as helping us all discover new talent that will be able to thrive in the real world.
