Yes, yes, yes and yes. Listen folks, this show can’t be any worse than the garbage on TV now. Give this a chance. Who know, with the right writing team this could be one hell of a show. Personally, I hope they pick it up for syndication.

I’ve been a huge caveman fan since day one…my dad just told me about this and I’m in shock. Although I adore the commercials I can’t see how they can make it into a TV show. I’m a dork, though, so I most definitely be watching the show. It can’t be much worse than what else is on TV, after all.

BAD TV execs. BAD!

One-joke works for commercials. This is because they’re short and, well, there’s usually only room for one good joke.

For a TV show to be good, you need some kind of depth. I’m not saying it’s impossible, because the American television-watching folk never cease to amaze me in terms of what does and does not become a hit.

I’m just saying…I haven’t watched a single thing on ABC in years, and this show goes a long way toward making me PROUD of that fact, rather than just having it be that nothing appeals to me over there.

Though this is almost guaranteed to be a schlocky one joke show that runs for five episodes, it’s not impossible to imagine that in the hands of good writers it could turn into Adult Swim style surreal awesomeness.

Personally, I’d rather see the Gecko get his own show, but that’s just me.
