		<description>It should be noted Congress budgets no money whatsoever for NPR.  But when there's a government need for a radio network, the government contracts that work out to NPR.  Not that you're one of those nutcases who thinks NPR is liberal for reporting facts (a well-known liberal ploy) and should therefore not be funded by the government.</description>
