DUTIES: Develop marketing campaigns and internet packages; Work with
local account executives to develop web based campaigns for their
clients; Cultivate new advertisers for the web site; Make calls with
account executives to close web business; Seek new revenue
opportunities for all digital platforms; Responsible for achieving
annual web revenue budget; Supervise the addition of support staff
and additional internet sales people.

REQUIREMENTS: Internet sales experience required along with:

Effective oral and written communication skills;

The ability to motivate and lead a team of sales people, train and
recruit and develop web based marketing campaigns; An intimate
understanding of web based business platforms; A minimum of 5 yrs a
sales and/or sales management role; The ability to strategize revenue
goals, implement that strategy and deliver; Internet sales management
a plus.
