Online Sales and Operations, Offline Media Specialist

Positions are available in Mountain View, CA.

Interested in providing offline media support for internal and
external clients? Want to think strategically while getting work
done? The new Online Sales and Operations Industry team is looking
for driven, independent and creative individuals to provide expert
offline media support and insight.

Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with Online Sales and Operations team to
grow revenue with new and existing vertical customers.

* Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to
close.

* Lead Generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.

* Understand Customer Needs and requirements.

* Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits
of products.

* Develop sales strategy and lead internal training and
development.

* Serve as internal point of contact and manage escalations.

* Provide industry expertise during client meetings.

* Foster customer development through continued training and
optimization.

* Identify and disseminate best practices.

* Identify areas of potential revenue optimization.

* Develop and enhance presentations and propose materials for
industry customers.

* Proactively provide client research and industry specific
information.

Requirements:

* Industry knowledge, desire to become offline media expert.

* Solutions-oriented and creative.

* 2+ years of sales or sales support experience in offline media
(radio, print, TV).

* Exceptional communication skills, including high level of
proficiency with PowerPoint presentations.
