After a quarter century in broadcasting I know how slow the industry can be when it comes to embracing change with unknown returns. If 68% of the respondents believe they'll be making money on social media within three years, they had better act fast in creating their online social environment. A lot can change in three years! Those who get there now have a better chance of success than those who decide to start up later.
Full Disclosure - I'm here at RTNDA@NAB selling a social media platform - whether you buy from us, someone else or do it yourself - it has to be done.
