beautiful cities. KGW, a Belo Corp. subsidiary, has an immediate
opening for an individual to work as an Assignment Editor.
Responsibilities will include making news assignments and dispatching
news crews. Individual will be responsible for coordinating
interaction with field crews/station, and overseeing crew logistics.

Position requires excellent writing skills, solid news judgment, good
organizational skills,

Strong writing, telephone and research skills are also required.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced high-energy
environment. Previous news, assignment editor experience, and an
applicable college degree are strongly preferred.
