MARKETING RESEARCH ANALYST, REQ #046-07

POSITION STATEMENT:

The Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for providing
day-to-day support for Internet Broadcasting sales and content
managers, including market research, sales presentations and traffic
analysis for individual sites and partner groups across the Internet
Broadcasting network.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Generates customized PowerPoint research presentations.

· Generates marketplace and site traffic analyses using syndicated
research and internal reporting tools.

· Works closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Sales Support
Group to plan and develop client pitches and long-form presentations.

· Works closely with Content Directors to analyze site performance
and produce trending reports and long-form presentations.

· Provides accurate and timely answers for sales, content and
marketing teams, and handles occasional requests from station sales
and research teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
REQUIRED:

· BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field required.

· 2+ years experience working in media marketing, market research,
or a high level sales support role.

· Advanced skill in PowerPoint 2000 required.

· Familiarity with syndicated research sources (Nielsen//Net
Ratings, Scarborough Research, Marshall Marketing) and internal
reporting systems (WebTrends, WebSideStory, Omniture).

· 2+ years of spreadsheet software usage. Excel 2000 preferred.
