		<description>Having watched Jim Cramer's Mad money on CNBC recently, he discussed this very topic  about privately held companies reducing expenditures in preparation for taking a company public.

Sounds to me like this is in the making and Discovery is one of the few shining examples of quality programming compared to the rest of the pablum for the masses that exists in current cable programming.</description>
