Local CBS sites upgrade video player

Take a look here at the upgraded player on WCBS’ site. Some of the new features include continuous play of clips after the first one is started, a rotating list of thumbnails, category listings, length of clip counter, a play button layered over the top, improved sharing functionality and a “pop out” player option that allows the user to watch clips in a pop-up player. Earlier indications, I’m told, is the upgraded player is driving a lot more views right out of the gate.
