ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - PT

Gather news and information via news wires, news feeds and telephone
interviews; write news stories for broadcast while under deadline;
produce and coordinate interviews, videotape story elements and
reporter voice tracks fed from the field via remote truck and/or
satellite; produce and coordinate reporter live shots and live
talk-back interviews. Candidates must demonstrate skill in writing
conversational broadcast copy, incorporating appropriate visual
elements, while under daily deadline pressure. Proficiency in English
grammar, spelling and punctuation is required along with the ability
to communicate clearly and deal effectively with the public.
