CNN.com seeing more I-Report submissions

Submissions to CNN.com’s citizen journalism section I-Report are up 30 percent since the start of the year, which works out to about 3,000 a month, including photos. Explains the Atlanta Journal-Constitution: “Many were clips of breaking news, but a few people — including aspiring TV reporters — have become regular I-Report contributors. Only a handful of the very best items make it on CNN. More are used online.” (Via TVNewser)
