East Coast to get 3-hour jump on iPhone

Apple will start selling the iPhone at exactly 6 p.m. in each time zone on June 29th. As CNET’s Tom Krazit writes, “(It’s) yet another blatant example of East Coast bias.”

    If you want live shots of long lines outside your stores, you can’t start sales at 3pm.

    Plus, how much will you bet we will see a story about someone who traveled to an earlier time zone just so they could get the phone sooner.
