Their premium/exclusive services should be part of the ala carte. I don't see any phrasing that would seem to suggest that will be the case.

If I want Nascar or Howard Stern, why should I have to buy into the music channels? The market is already flooded with music choices (terrestrial radio, cds, mp3 players, whistling), why should I have to pay for them just to get what I want?

Why do you and others call local coverage, hyperlocal?
It's either local or not, correct?

A la carte will require another equipment purchase according to the newswire release....

"A la carte programming will only be available for subscribers using new radios, which will be developed following approval of the merger."
