Dallas CBS station debuts auto site
Cory Bergman August 30th, 2007
The new auto search site DFWVehicles.com is the product of CBS-owned KTVT and KTXA in Dallas, as well as the network’s radio and outdoor properties. CBS says it may roll out similar sites in other markets.

Kudos for trying, but TV stations have been trying for years to do auto on the Web, with little success. From what I’ve seen, it’s been a handful of dealers to start (check), and it lasts about 3 months. Once the dealers start asking to see the results (traffic/leads) it goes away pretty quickly.
But if they can do it, more power to em.
