		<description>I think there's more to it than job postings...I like the fact that as a social network, it focused totally on professionals.  Key is to limit your friends to professionals, and only those you actually know.  I try to be tactful, but I don't accept requests from people who I've never met, or really just exchanged business cards with.</description>
