Cory Bergman December 9th, 2007

Also known as NSFW. Fark has filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office for exclusive rights to use the phrase online. (No joke.)

Update: As Steve Safran suggests in comments, perhaps Lost Remote should trademark Viewsers™.

Why not? Safran already shut down CompUSA singlehandedly.

Sounds as bad as trying to trademark for “One Click.” By the way, does Bon Jovi own the trademark to “Slippery When Wet?”

We should also trademark Very Bad Ideas.
