MTV Networks says it served up 1.2 billion video streams in ‘07 from MTV.com, VH1.com and CMT.com. That’s a 30 percent increase over 2006. The top clip? Britney Spears’ embarrassing return performance. Duh.

You know, what MTV and VH1 used to provide over the air before they started running “reality” shows.

MTV shows videos? I was sure the bulk of their “music” was broadcast during commercials….. hard to tell the difference these days.

No, MTV does not really show music videos anymore.
The music videos are being viewed online at MTV’s website.
