WorldNow’s video service (for clients not using their full websites) is miserable. Limited features and with poor customer service.

BTW - read Gannaway’s response about the importance of user generated content.

Now I get WorldNow has been so slow to develop UGC for their clients.

Since when is anyone from WorldNow considered an expert on the topic. Have you seen their sites? They look like they came from 1999 and never updated.

Then again, Broadcast & Cable is a bit behind the online times themselves.
