		<description>They went over to the IB platform about 2 years ago.

Last fall, NBC IT thought they could do it, so they spent something like $10 million on a Vignette-based system, which failed, so they've done what ever other NBC website has done, which is to go back to the MSNBC platform.  I figure another year, and they'll start looking for a new solution again.</description>
