Young cutting costs, expanding VJs

A friend and I started up a website for people laid off by Young… not a site to bitch, but a site for people to post their resumes and tapes. Click my name to get to the site– and spread the word if you know anyone who got the axe.

Too bad the article is blocked … subscription required.
Plus, TVNewsday is a lousy title for a website.
Newsday is the name of a might;y New York newspaper.
Wonder if Tribune Co. knows about these web folks?

You’re right, I do find that interesting. And just last night someone was posing the question of what VJs do now that VH1 and MTV don’t play videos. I guess now we know!

No wait… videojournalist VJs and video jockey VJs are different. Never mind!
