I signed up on the first day and haven't gotten them, but other people I know locally who have done the same, have indeed. Who knows most about the coming transition? In my experience/exposure, it's senior citizens. And yup, cable satellite have a big penetration (that's what she said), but not every TV in those houses have that signal wired in.
